CTL AG expands the Executive Board as of 01.10.2022

The Supervisory Board of CTL Cargo Trans Logistik AG appoints Guido Söffker to the Management Board with effect from 1 October this year. At the same time, Francesco De Lauso is appointed chairman of the board. With the expansion of its top management, which in addition to De Lauso and Söffker also includes Paul Walter, the company is taking into account the growth of the past years and creating the conditions to continue this development.

Guido Söffker has been responsible for all IT and data processing issues at CTL since May last year. In this function, the 54-year-old has successfully modernised the existing IT infrastructure and adapted it to the growing demands in this area. The father of three children previously gained extensive experience in logistics, especially in the general cargo business, among other things as managing director of a forwarding company.

In his new position as CTL board member, Söffker will be responsible, among other things, for the further development of system applications and will work together with Paul Walter and Francesco De Lauso, who will take over as board chairman, on the further expansion of the logistics cooperation. The declared goal of the expanded Executive Board is to ensure even more stability in the management work.
